Processing TimesΒ
Processing time will take between 1 to 5 business days. (This excludes holidays and weekends) During Holiday seasons like Christmas and Black Friday, processing times may be extended. Processing times may also be extended at any moment due to holidays (federal &local) or due to inclimate weather (such as snow).
Transit times are NOT the same as processing times. Even if you selected 1 day shipping, your order would still need to undergo our processing.
How do I get a refund or replacement for shipping issues (Damages, Lost packages, Theft, etc.)
Refunds or replacements for shipping issues are ONLY processed if Route Shipping Protection was added to your order. If it is not, you will not be eligible to file a claim with us for replacements or refunds for issues during shipping.
What is Route? It is an insurance agency that works to help protect your package after departure. As a small business damages caused by shipping carriers can result in a bigger loss for us compared to larger companies. This is why we provide Route as it is a very quick and easy resource for receiving refunds or replacements due to damages, loss, or theft rather than going through the shipping carrier themselves. They will assist you with claims and provide the option for refunds or replacement, hassle-free. This option is conveniently attached to your check out. If removed you are held liable for damage, loss and theft. You will not be able to be refunded by route or NyNy Lash, you will have to go through your local shipping carrier to file a claim (which can be more stressful).
We highly encourage all customers to add Route shipping protection to their orders. It is affordable and very convenient.
**If you removed Route shipping protection from your order you will no longer be covered by NyNy Lash's shipping protection and you will not be able to file a claim with us for refunds or replacements. You will be held liable for anything regarding shipping claims if Route is not added to your order. More information on deadlines and how to file with Route at the end of this page.

Claims can still be filed for USPS, DHL, and UPS, however they require you to wait 15-60 days to file a claim upon delivery.Β

International
We ship to countries not on the USPS Suspension list. Please note that we DO NOT cover any custom fees and you must pay any customs fees once your order arrives in your country, or it will be returned back to us. To understand more about Customs and Duties visit HERE.Β If you are international, you must file a claim directly with your local carrier for any shipping issues. If you added Route shipping protection you can file a claim through Route instead (link listed above). NyNy Lash IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED UPON SHIPPING, LOST, or STOLEN ITEMS. If you remove Route from your order, you will no longer be covered by NyNy Lash's shipping insurance and you will need to contact your local carrier regarding claims for lost, stolen or damaged items. You will not be eligible to file a claim with us for replacement or refunds if you remove route protection from your order.Β
Please reach out to your countries customs department or your local shipping carriers for concerns regarding shipping issues, delays, or holds on packages.Β
Carrier Returned Packages
Any packages returned to us by the carrier will be refundedΒ (excluding the shipping costs and fees) after the package has been safely returned back to us and inspected for no damages. If there is any of the following: damages, items have been used or opened, or items have been removed from their original packaging, an additional 15% restocking fee will be applied. Sometimes items will be returned due to a wrong address input at checkout, no apartment number was labeled, the customer did not claim their package at the post office, the post office attempted delivery, and the customer did not accept it, etc.Β
If a package is said to have βattempted deliveryβ the shipping service will notify you of it and will usually hold the package to be picked up at their office. If it is not picked up, they will return it back to us.

I received the wrong item.
If you received the wrong item, send us images immediately to nynylashinfo@gmail.com so we can inspect the issue and do our best to help resolve it. You may also utilize our return and exchange portal. All returns and exchanges must be within our requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please view our Return/Refund Policy
I put in the wrong shipping address. NyNy Lash is NOT responsible for any mistakes made by the customer during check out. If you put in the wrong shipping address you must contact us immediately before your order is shipped to assist in updating your shipping address. If you do not contact us before your package is shipped, you will be able to update your address yourself through the shipping carrier's website by the tracking number provided to you, to ensure your order gets to you. If you do not, the package could end up being returned to us. Refunds or replacements are not issued if a wrong address is placed during checkout. If you have Route Shipping Insurance added, you can file a claim through them to assist you further with your package.Β
Why do I need to sign for my package? We require signature for packages delivered that are $80 or more. To ensure that you do receive the package for larger orders we ask for a signature upon delivery. This ensures us that the package was delivered and helps to make sure you do receive it as well. If you do not sign, they will return it back to us.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made ONLY WITHIN 24 hours of placing your order unless your order has finished processing within those 24 hours. Once your order has completed processing or has passed 24 hours, we do not cancel it. We do our best to process orders very quickly and therefore cannot guarantee any cancellations after 24 hours of the order being placed.Β
If our system marks your order as βhigh fraudβ we will immediately cancel it. If your order is marked as βlow fraudβ to βmedium fraudβ we will attempt to reach out to you via email (if one is provided) to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved or we cannot contact you, we will then cancel the order.Β

To find the information on claims deadlines, how to file, and other information for other shipping services (UPS, USPS, DHL, ETC.) you must go directly to their own official websites. It is your responsibility to be aware of these deadlines and other information.
